Having started training with Paige in May, I was apprehensive as a woman in my fifties I had never exercised with weights before. Paige immediately put me at ease and made me feel that I could succeed. Over the short time I've been training with Paige I have lost inches and gained so much more confidence. The programme she set me is easy to follow and if I've struggled with any of the exercises Paige has tailored it to my needs. Thank you Paige for all your great motivation and support. I can now do a press up!
