Having started training with Paige in May, I was apprehensive as a woman in my fifties I had never exercised with weights before. What is online coaching?
Online coaching is having a personal program all on your training app with me. The difference between face to face coaching and online is that we will use video calls, messaging apps, and your training app to monitor progress, check form and make sure you are thriving towards your goals. Your personalised plan will be added to your training app with videos of what to do, making coaching accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Online coaching is great for convenience and flexibility while still enabling you to receive the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals.
So you get all the support, knowledge, advice and accountability from me but will train in the gym without me being physically by your side (however I am always just a message away!).
What happens next?
Your coaching with me is on a monthly rolling contract so you get ongoing coaching support so you will never feel alone with your journey. We will monitor your progress and make changes to your program regularly to keep reaching and hitting new goals.

Motivational support
With online coaching you have me on hand via your training app. You will have me as your own personal cheerleader – I will be there to cheer you on at every opportunity and push you to reach your goals!
Knowledge & guidance
You will have my support with your training and guidance on how to still live the life you love whilst working on your goals! Working out your calorie deficit and protein goals and some smart swaps when it comes to food we can make your fitness goal easy to achieve.
Accountability
You will be kept accountable to help you stay on track to reaching your goals by logging your records in your personal training app. This monitors your progress and lets me see any areas we need to tweak or change to keep you on track with your goals.
Form correction
Not sure what you are doing, I can help! We will work together to build your confidence in the gym and ensure you are doing exercises correctly to prevent injury and achieve the best results. With online coaching we will monitor your form via video calls, videos of form and use of the training app videos for guidance.
Personalised plans
Your program will be made specifically for you with your goals and abilities at the forefront to help make this process easy to achieve and relevant to you.
Flexibility
You will have freedom to train where and when you want. So whether you are here with me in Gloucester, UK or anywhere in the world you can still have access to Train With Paige.
