Having started training with Paige in May, I was apprehensive as a woman in my fifties I had never exercised with weights before. What is face to face Coaching?
When it comes to your fitness journey, together we will discuss your health and fitness goals and build you a personal training programme to work around your lifestyle, current fitness levels and unique goals, to help you achieve life-changing results.
Face-to-face coaching is simply an in-person training session on either a 1-2-1, group, or shared basis. We will review your form, keep you accountable, and make the gym a little less scary! These will be alongside some fitness sessions on your own which will be on your training app.
We will work on your confidence and empower you to feel comfortable in the gym. Within your training app, you will have your workouts and records of your previous workouts so you can keep track of what you have done so far and know exactly what to do when you get in the gym.
What happens next?
Your coaching with me is on a monthly rolling contract so you get ongoing coaching support so you will never feel alone with your journey. We will monitor your progress and make changes to your program regularly to keep reaching and hitting new goals.

Benefits of having me as your trainer on a face to face basis
Motivational support
With face to face coaching you get me by your side physically to help. You will have your own personal cheerleader – I will be there to cheer you on at every opportunity and push you to reach your goals!
Knowledge & guidance
You will have my support with your training and guidance on how to still live the life you love whilst working on your goals! Working out your calorie deficit and protein goals and some smart swaps when it comes to food we can make your fitness goal easy to achieve.
Accountability
You will be kept accountable to help you stay on track to reaching your goals by logging your records in your personal training app. This monitors your progress and lets me see any areas we need to tweak or change to keep you on track with your goals.
Form correction
Not sure what you are doing, I can help! We will work together to build your confidence in the gym and ensure you are doing exercises correctly to prevent injury and achieve the best results. With face to face coaching I'm there to show you how and help with corrections along the way.

Your program will be made specifically for you with your goals and abilities at the forefront to help make this process easy to achieve and relevant to you.
Reach your goals
Once we have set your goals we will monitor your progress to make the relevant changes meaning you are always working to your full potential.
Confidence growth
Together we will work to better yourself and help you grow in confidence inside and out of the gym.

You get to have fun whilst achieving your goals! Your training will be based on your likes and dislikes (to a degree!) so if dancefit isn't your thing I will create your program around this!

Your face to face training
Face-to-face training will consist of face to face training with me, along with some sessions you will complete on your own (don't worry I promise this isn't as scary as it sounds, we will start these when you are comfortable). You will get exclusive access to an app with all your workouts and records of your previous workouts so you can keep a track of what you have done so far.
Ongoing coaching support
You will have unlimited support from myself and the other members of my training group so you will never feel alone with your journey.
