Your calm, patient  and friendly manner and your use of simple language and encouraging comments helped to put my teenage son at ease and gave him the  confidence to use the gym equipment independently.

Having started training with Paige in May, I was apprehensive as a woman in my fifties I had never exercised with weights before. Paige immediately put me at ease and made me feel that I could succeed. Over the short time I've been training with Paige I have lost inches and gained so much more confidence. The programme she set me is easy to follow and if I've struggled with any of the exercises Paige has tailored it to my needs. Thank you Paige for all your great motivation and support. I can now do a press up!

I absolutely love having you as my trainer. You’ve really helped build my confidence with workouts and just being in the gym! It was a big hurdle which I’ve managed to jump over and wouldn’t have done so without your help.

I have been training with Paige now since May. I have managed to loose inches across my body, and not only feel stronger physically, but mentally have really changed how I look at exercise.
